Acceptable Use Policy

Draft policy — not yet approved for publication. The copy is complete for structured review, but the accountable owner and legal counsel must confirm it before publishing. No effective date has been published for this policy yet.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using Woodworking ERP, provided by Propulsive Technologies. It supplements our Terms of Service; a breach of this AUP is a breach of the Terms.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Service to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection and export-control law;
  • Infringe another party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure;
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written authorisation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including via excessive automated load;
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service beyond what your order or plan expressly permits;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to submit.

2. Fair use

Plans are sized for ordinary business use as described in the applicable published plan and order. Documented technical or usage limits apply only where they are stated in that authority. If usage materially threatens security, availability or other customers, we may apply proportionate safeguards and will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@propulsive.in of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Security research

If you believe you have found a security issue, report it privately to support@propulsive.in with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not access, alter, retain or disclose another person's data, degrade the Service, or continue testing after confirming a vulnerability. A report does not create a reward entitlement unless a separate written programme expressly provides one.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this AUP, consistent with the Terms of Service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy minor breaches first.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a revised effective date.
